Getting the right people into our teams is essential, so our hiring process lets us get to know you and you get to know us. We give you insights into the work you will do, the impact you can have and the people you’ll be working with so that you can feel confident in your decision to become part of our team.

Simple 4 step hiring process

2020 changed the way we all do things and in line with the new way of working, we have adapted our hiring processes. All of our interviews are now carried out remotely via Zoom giving you the ability to connect with our teams and hiring managers from anywhere. Through this transition, we have been able to continue creating smooth and enjoyable experiences for our candidates through our simple 4 step hiring process.

First, you’ll have a short introductory call with one of our People & Culture team members.

Step 2

Interviews & Testing

Next comes a conversation with the hiring manager and a technical test, depending on the role.

Step 3

Meet the team

Get a real feel for life at LEAP Dev whilst speaking with a few of your future team members.

Step 4

Congratulations!

If all goes well, we’ll send you your contract and welcome you to our LEAPster fam.
